Inherently flame resistant

Modacrylic is an inherently self-extinguishing FR fiber with LOI 34 that imparts excellent flame retardanty to fabrics and synthetic fibers. SEGURPRO fabric does not melt or form droplets that could stick to skin and cause severe burns to the skin.

Comfortable

With cellulose fiber blended, SEGURPRO is more comfortable and softer than FR Cotton and aramid fabric. SEGURPRO are structured to regulate the absorption and release of moisture, contributing to fabric breathability that supports the body's natural thermal regulation.

Electric Arc flash protection

Our SEGURPRO PLUS series fabric use Modacrylic and Para Aramid fiber with outstanding heat and flame resistance. SEGURPRO PLUS fabric is comfort and washable with a good performace in Electric Arc flash protection. Our special developed fabric can reach ATPV 10cal at 195g/m2.

 Excellent Color Fastness

Workwear need very good color fastness espicially for laundry companies. We use VAT dyed process to get very good color fastness to light and to wash. Our SEGURPRO navy color and Hi-vis Yellow color can combine and wash together, the Hi-vis Yellow never stains and keep bright.

Excellent durabilily

SEGURPRO PLUS with Nylon blended inside. Martin Dale abrasion resistant can be >50,000 cycle. Our SEGURPRO PLUS are very strong and extremely durable compared with normal Modacrylic/Cotton fabric.

Anti-pilling

Segurmax has special treatment to improve the anti-pilling performace on SEGURPRO fabric. Fabric can very smoothing in the surface evern after 25 times washing.

SEGURPRO modacrylic cotton fabric is only 1/3 to 1/2 cost of aramid fabric. Segurmax produce competitive products on a European quality and Asian price level.
